    The addon has multiple chat options but most importantly you need to check your in game chat settings for the tab you have.

    I'm having a similar issue. Doesn't seem to be sending out a actual echo notification, even though I have echo enabled in the the options, gatheringnotifications enabled, and the materials set to active. It use to work at some point prior but I haven't used it in sometime so I'm not sure when exactly it broke. Here's a pic of it.
