I have an RX480 too, I've been getting a client hang even without the bot active on both 32 and 64, I can't figure out what it is that's causing the issue, however will post here again if i come up with anything.

I'd suggest trying the 64bit client both with and without the bot to make sure it actually is the bot. Also your GPU driver seems to be out of date.
