I sent a ticket asking for a refund two days ago (a couple of hours after I bought a 30 day code) because I couldn't get the bot running smoothly on my machine. I haven't received a response apart from asking what the problems were, and according to the refund policy, I'd only be able to refund used codes within 3 days of activation. Will I still be able to get a refund after those 3 days since I sent my ticket practically as soon as I bought the code? I haven't been able to get any help at all from the tickets or the Discord. Please help. The bot doesn't function on my machine properly, and I'd really like a refund.
