70D 2 Star -- 458 Base CP -- Patch 4.1
#1
This profile is taken from the Maker's Mark rotation posted here.  All credit to the rotation itself goes to that guy, not me.  I just translated it into a profile for minion.  This is a loooooong recipe, it takes right at 3 minutes to finish with 81 steps.

~~~~~This profile ONLY works on the 6377 Difficulty 2* recipes from patch 4.1. It will not work on other 2* recipes.~~~~~
Requirements:
1320 Craftsmanship
1220 Control (** minimums)
525 CP (458 Base, +54 HQ Tempura, +13 HQ Tea, not counting specialist buff)
Cross class required (both auto and non-auto provided):
Maker's Mark, Flawless Synthesis, Steady Hand II, Ingenuity, Ingenuity II, Byregot's Blessing, Piece by Piece, Innovation, Careful Synthesis II, Comfort Zone.
Manipulation II from class quest also required.
Specialist required.
My notes:
My personal stats with the following tests are 1469 Craftsmanship, 1312 Control, 536 CP.  This includes HQ food, guild control buff, and tea.  I have pentamelded gear except MH/OH which each have 5 CP.
I've found this rotation gives me 65%+ HQ chance with no HQ materials (with MY stats, not minimums).
If I add in HQ materials at 6% of quality, that bumps it to 95%+ HQ chance.  (For example, with Ala Mhigan Fiber, if I use 3 of the 6 gathered items as HQ that meets the 6% mark and I have a high HQ chance.)
All possible HQ mats was giving me 100% HQ on the few I tested.
  (I only tested on the Fibers so far, so all HQ azim bolls and spring water were giving me 100% every time.  I didn't test that way long, didn't want to waste HQ mats when I didn't have to.)
Anyways, I was just shy of the CP of the other profile posted, so I went looking for a lower CP alternative and this is working well.  :)  Hope someone finds it useful.
Used this on my Alchemist 1344 Craft, 1289 Control, 458 CP (all base stats, I use HQ Tempura and HQ cunning tea additionally). So far I have tried to make 7 snailfish oil. Results are 1 failure (Due to too many fails on the Flawless Synthesis), 4 HQ and 2 NQ. I have used only NQ materials and get 58-60% HQ chance.
On my Blacksmith I have made two Ala Mhigan tools so far, both using a mixture of HQ/NQ materials and both have turned out HQ.
Thank you for posting this routine, it is very useful to those of us who aren't yet fully melded.
Overshoots the 3543 dificulty. Just goes Flawless Synth until it finishes and NQ.
Tried to remove some of the Flawless synth, but then the CP is short again.
And yes, I know I might be to far ahead for this to work, I just wanted to let ppl know that there is limits on how melded you can be on this one.
Base:
Craftsmanship 1513
Control 1461
CP 476
Other than that its a perfect profile for medium melded and for the higher difficulty two starts. Thanx. :)
I'm not sure if it would work, as I am no crafting expert, but would it be possible to drop the last flawless synth or two for observe?
I don't know if observe still gives you the CP+ from comfort zone or not?
Is it possible to put a check for progress in the last set of flawless, and once a certain level is reached, if the necessary number of steps hasn't been reached, then the extra steps are replaced with observe?
As I said, I am no expert in either crafting or scripting, so I may be talking rubbish.
This is only intended for post 4.1 2 star recipes (the 6377 progress ones), not the original SB ones.  It has nothing to do with higher stats.  It will never overshoot the newer 4.1 recipes because all the progress is a specific amount of progress, not more or less dependent upon stats.  (Flawless is always 40, Piece by Piece is always 33%, etc.)  I'll edit up top to clarify that.
I personally use this one for 4.0 recipes.
Ahh.. I see now.. Thanx.
I just wrote a simple 30 step 80 dura profile based on a shit-ton Hasty Touches to HQ those 4.0 2 stars.
