Haven't had this issue before, have been using it the past few days. updated it today, and my bot doesn't do anything besides mount and demount.

Give ddtails on when and what your doing

I attach the bot, set it to grind to do fates, and it runs forward for about 2 seconds and then gets on and off the mount continuously. I've tried multiple settings of "do fates/only fates/advanced on/off" and multiple jobs, however the issue persists. I haven't adjusted any settings since the last time i used the bot (yesterday) and the only change was the in-app update when i started minionapp this afternoon.

Open the help tab.
Go to repprt page.
Screenshot the info when mounted.
Your mount probly cant fly and stuck in a loop trying to find a mount to fly on.

Change your mount to a flying one or do the company flight quest
