Nothing odd in console?
Did you setup a mount you actually own? we added new mounts recently that changes the mount order.

Confirmed I had a mount selected (Black Choc) and the problem persisted. Again, he teleports, summons a mount, dismounts, summons a mount, dismounts, takes a step, loop.
Next I wanted to confirm if it had anything to do with flying, so I opened HM's Toolbox and opened the new Aether Currents lua. When I told it to go collect any ACs im missing, he went into a familiar loop of summoning and desummoning his mount. So, I went into the advanced settings of Minion, and turned off "Use Mount". Now, the Aether Currents LUA seems to work, so long as it's not trying to use a mount.  This same thing, did not fix Poacher however, and when I tried that one more time, I ran into the same problem again.
