Hi All,

I am playing on a multi-screen setup, 1x 4k monitor & 1 x 1080p. GTX 2080.

I have followed each of the following guides carefully;

I have read the discord chat, and of course as per instructed disabled all virus/firewall protection as these all the main reasons for the failure. I can't seem to get the bot to 'attach' to my game.

I have set up the launcher correctly and as per the guide, the launcher logs into my FFXIV account, however, it seems to be stuck on "Game started, waiting for the bot to attach".

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

If you think it is quicker for you to simply log in to my PC remotely to problems solve I am more than happy to set up a time for you to do so.
