Due to some folks having problems with the original default 30 second duty reset timer, a field has been added for custom reset timer and the default has been set at 60 seconds. If you updated overnight you may have been forced to change the default to 60000 due to a conversion bug - please change back to 60 now as the conversion has been applied properly with the latest update....
