if its a new area the new areas are not supported. dont know how many times that has to be said, because the meshes are so large they tend to not fully load or if they do it crashes teh bot.

Its not exactly the new zones are not supported yet. you can go ther and make your own custom small mesh and be just fine for gathering, grinding specific mobs. But if the mesh gets to large it will cause the bot to crash or just will not fully load. Its something they have stated many times they are working on it. a little research to see if your problem is being experienced by anyone else would save your self and people helping with support a lot of time.
