the authentication is routed where you tell it to, if you tell what programs to use what connection, if you are using wtfast you can seperate what programs go through it, there is a program i think its called proxifi they use it alot in gw2 to tell what game clients to use what IP from their vpn. so you can tell it minion to use your normal ip and the game to use your vpn. if i understand the program correctly.
