Nah not really. unless you do it with a duty finder group there isn't anyone to report you.

I suppose I thought he meant teleporting to all the quest locations to finish them quickly. In which there is everyone who is online to report you.

if they notice its hard to notice someone teleporting around it can look alot like lag from another persons pov. and i did teleport to the qeusts to turn them in fast.
