    Am I missing a setting or something? My bot occasionally gets the "chair"/AFK symbol while I'm botting and the bot is actively doing stuff.

    This seems like a big red flag to me, so if anyone has the setting or something I need to change I'd appreciate it.

    yes you are missing something, you didnt read the setupguide. you need to disable anti afk in the ffxiv settings.
