I'm really looking to buy this but I would like to know if it can grind fates? Specifically in Coerthas and Northern Thanalan. Does it have a system that detects other players around so it doesn't run into fates by itself and die? Can it repair if gear breaks? I'm looking to leave the bot running about 8-10 hours at night while I'm sleeping to level up a few jobs.

You set the % you want to wait on fate types and it'll only go to the fates that have at least that % complete.
2) Yes it repairs without going to vendor.
