i would not use the tank for them to follow, i would use the healer, because the dps and heals will be standing right on the tank and die, if you have the tank on duty mode and dps on duty mode, the tank can take advantage of teh telecast option and the healer and dps will be safe. always use a range character as leader.

Also keep in note that "solo" mode will not work for this so if you have 4 bots in an 8 man duty they will not follow.
