When i set the bot on Grind and then adjust the fates to what level range i want the bot to stay in it still runs to the higher level fates just to die. Is there something i'm doing wrong? The MaxFatelvl is set at 1 while the Min is 10 so i'm not sure why or what is causing the bot to continue to run to the higher level fates.

1 will do fates 1 level higher then your current level and min will do fates 10 levels below your current level. set do fates do fates only.
