[Click to Teleport] is not working at out of Town

for example,
In eastern la noscea, if you do click to teleport -> The 90002 or 90001 error occurs.

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt and will disconnect me. I dont think there's proper meshes for the residential floors yet.
