<p>I'm someone with not a lot of money so I'd like to know what I could use for free in terms of pvp add-ons and questing. I'm new to the botting scene in general so yeah sorry for being a noob but we all start somewhere right?</p>

It honestly depends on your use If you want one for ranked PvP anyone's ACRs are the best out there, but there are also packs by Cypher, they do include more jobs so it's a higher upfront cost but lower cost p/job.
As for Casual ACRs there are some built into minion, which are good enough for casual use.
for High-end use Riku's ACRs are unmatched.
For questing Latty's is the only option there.
