Is there a possible way to set it to re-login after a 90k error? Just to go to the menu and select start and the character. I know about the method of setting up to relogin with the username/password...I kind of don't want to provide that info, so was wondering if there was only possible way to re-log after a 90k error which doesn't require that info.

No, the relauncher is the only way. That info is not "provided" to anything other than an xml file stored on your local machine.
