I'm testing now trying to figure out why people are having problems with this. an efficiency of 1.0 (or 1) means that it's a basic synth. If you use Careful, it should be set at 0.9. If you just use basic synth, I coded it so you shouldn't have to touch the efficiency parameter. It's a direct multiplier to the progress formula used in the evaluation of steps to completion.
You say that taking off inner quiet (steady hand, too?) fixes your problem? I'm running the bot on 40 dura and 70 dura synths with IQ and SH2 without problems, it could be lag (try setting the delay in UseSkill up to 3500)
