how to make Inner Quiet just 1 time buff... i see a wasted CP for this buff keep rebuff after.

This is a quirk of how the logic in the old version of the CraftingTool works. With the new version that is very close to being done, this is entirely possible.

In fact with new logic, it's pretty much the default of when you add a buff to the skill manager, it will only use it if the buff doesn't exist, you can also state(for IQ for example) that if the step > 2 don't use it. As usually you use it as the first step :P
