Thanks for all of the requests and bug reports - 95% of these are (surprisingly) doable and we'll try to work them into our upcoming release schedule. I believe HQ crafting has already been added and we're working on fixes for the relogger currently. I'm going to add a window tracking system this week so that the interface will be persistent, and also try to get a testing pvp mesh with the walls removed out in the next 24 hours.
