I have some info regarding this:
If you click out of the game window while loading a new zone, you're guranteed a game crash, instantly. No (game has stopped responding).
To avoid this,avoid clicking anything during transit

I confirm I just experienced the issue. The FFXIV window closed automatically without an error message while teleporting to another zone.
This issue occurred shortly after I logged in.

Any additional lua modules or 3rd party tools you guys are running ?
What Windows Version are you running when it crashes ?
Any weirdo 3rd party antivirus ?
I am sure it has nothing to do with AV, it was working before the update.
This is how i reproduce the crash. Tested 5 time and my game went not responding
Expected:
1. Be on DPS job,
2. switch to crafter/gather job
3. switch back to DPS job
4. teleport to another zone
5. crash
Some time When i just loggin, and attached. After waiting the attach is done, i teleport also crash
