which zones are you having issue's with?
which fates will it not engage in after sync'ing?
which skillprofile are you using?
I am suspecting distance to mob is maybe affecting the engage call. as you not go to dead center of the fate it might be that enemies are just out of range and therefor bot is waiting for an enemy to be closer.

I havent tried every zone but can confirm it doesnt work in East/North/South Shroud, Eastern/Central Thanalan and Middle/Western La Noscea.
Bot will go to every FATE and sync with no issue and engage in none.
ACR profiles PLD/BRD/SMN and disabled them to try Sebbs PLD/BRD/SMN as well.
I dont think it would be a distance issue as the bot will be VERY close to FATE mobs sometimes and will even look at them but just not attack. Also considering im using SMN/BRD its well within range with nothing blocking view. As I said before the Console states that it unsyncs FATE due to low HP/MP. :/

did grind in said places without issue, i know it might not help but posted my config for grind/advanced, who knows maybe it does help

Thnx for this. I changed a few options to match with yours (prioritize claims, attack claimed and adjusted use potion from 50 to 0. This for whatever reason seems to have fixed it :D. Thanks again for going out of your way to help!

Just an FYI, don't set Flee and Rest to the same number.
Flee has higher priority and basically always wins that contest.

Middle La Noscea and Central Shroud
Few things I noticed:
-Central Shroud just seems dead at the moment (bot just stands there even with fates around)
-With Grind, the bot is inconsistent (there are fates where it works and there are fates where it just stares at the mob)
-With Party Grind, the bot doesnt seem to use mount
-Bot also tends to unsync and sync within the fate which makes it look funny and might trigger a report from other players (HP changes drastically is one way to tell that it does this)
ACR enabled as well.

I have the same issue with you. even I'd reinstalled the bot and keep all the thing as default. the grind mode is still not working on me.

Sigh, im getting it again. Its wierd though because it only occurs during certain FATEs. While some FATEs bot will engage in normally others it will run up to mob and stand there looking at it lol. Im getting a different console comment too now during FATEs it doesnt interact with. "failed with attempt to index a nil value"
UPDATE: Disabled ACR profiles and since have had no issues engaging in FATEs yet between several zones that I was encountering hiccups before.

Since update this morning ACR works without issues and no more Nil value issues. Thnx for fix.

From the looks of it, ACR did get fixed however Central Shroud just seems that its still dead - not sure why
My settings:
Navmesh Loaded: Central Shroud
Grind Setting On
Fates Only
Tried the same settings with other meshes/zones and it works except for Central shroud
