I've never seen an email formatted like that from SE let alone a Warning email. If its legit you mush have setup something wrong for it to just stand there enough times to get a warning about being afk.

Yes this is legit, I have read through the wiki and checked if anything was out of the ordinary and everything fine. Personally I haven't seen the bot afking unless it's in a 24 man raid with others running the bot and then it gets stuck because they are the largest group.
