I noticed the bot isn't as 'aggressive' as it was for me before.  I still select targets and go to ice/follow team, but I'm not always attacking while a target is selected. Sometimes the bot just stands there staring at the enemy and other times it will attack. I'm not sure why it is behaving this way.  I am currently in pvp as RDM and using the pvphusbando profile for rdm.

I am having same issue, maybe just RDM though. WAR was fine

Getting the same issue on MCH right now even with the latest patch. It likes to sit on the chocobo and stare at crystals or look at enemy players for 30~ seconds before it decides to help out. Worked just fine on DRK and DRG.
