When I am in assist mode and have Avoid AoE turned off, when attacking a mob that does an AoE the bot stops attacking until the enemy AoE is complete.  If it's a short AoE it's hardly noticeable, but in dungeons with huge bosses that have abilities that take several seconds, my toon just stands there doing nothing the entire time.  Even worse is if it's a boss that constantly does AoE type attacks, I barely even get off a shot at it.
