Why would TOTT be considered skip, thats not a skip skill thats a skill from Alchemy to restore CP. Observe is skip that i can understand, can you please explain the reasoning behind that?

It's a skip skill in that it 1) Can't really be categorized as anything else and 2) Skips a turn by not leaving a buff or using durability. Think of it like this: Observe does the same thing except in an opposite way; it removes CP. TotT skips a turn and adds CP.

I know it's not perfect; I guess that category should really just be misc.

Probably would make more sense :)
