I just refered a friend of mine to get this and he has his key, when he tries to activate it, it says it can not find the key. Charles082986 is his username.

Still no answer on the help ticket or here, and it's crashing the ffxiv client when I try and run ffxivminion.
I'm just going to contact PayPal for a refund. 
The ticket you made was at 07:49 AM my time, and you post you want a refund at 8:25am. There will be times when nobody is around to instantly help you. If you search around the forums for this issue, you would probably found out that trying another browser to activate the key will do the trick. As for the crashing, did you follow all the steps in the tutorial section.

I did check the forums.
I tried FireFox, Chrome, IE, and Opera. I also tried previous and current versions of these browsers.
