Thanks for the help. I may of had more than one problem I don't know. When I was in live chat with jackie1234 we tired making it in C:/ and it didn't work. But after disabling programs (I didn't want these programs running anyway) the one I made in the C:/ started to work. I have not had a problem with it since. So I think part of the problem was not having it in C:/. Thanks for the help.

My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
RAID 5.1 if that may have anything to do with it.
