New to all this so perhaps this isn't related but the bot was running, I believe to claim a fate, and it got stuck next to a tree. This was the console message:

We have updated our bots to run on the newest Windows version 1903. Anyone who had issues before please try and let us know. Please be reminded that you need to have all the dependencies installed after clean windows installation.
